Q: I'm not in great shape. Will I be able to keep up?

A: That's literally the point, mate. You start where you're at. The workouts scale, you can do 2-minute rounds and build up. No one's judging you. This is in your own home at your own pace.

Q: I’ve been boxing for years. Is this program just for beginners?

A: Absolutely not, mate, there are lessons in here that are VERY technical, like how to use shadowing boxing, to prepare for a fight, as well as high-level training drills.

Q: I've never thrown a punch. Is this for beginners?

Q: Do I need equipment or a lot of space?
