TONY JEFFRIES AND THE BOXING FITNESS ACADEMY GUARANTEES TO:
Deliver safe and effective instruction in The BoxingFitness Academy Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Boxing Blueprint Certification courses.
Deliver equal and fair treatment to all clients
Stay current with the latest health and fitness research to understand its practical application toward health and fitness training
Comply with all applicable business and intellectual property laws
Protect and uphold the public image of the health and fitness industry
Maintain confidentiality at all times
The Boxing Fitness Academy Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Boxing Blueprint Certification courses:
1. Services Description: The Boxing Fitness Academy Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Boxing Blueprint Certification courses are designed to deliver in-depth boxing fitness training through digital content.
2. Informational Purposes: The contents of Boxing Fitness website such as text, graphics, images, and other material contained on the Boxing Fitness Site (“Content”) are for informational purposes only and not intended to be substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Boxing Fitness designed this website to provide general information to members of the public and should not be relied on as health or personal advice.
3. Seek Medical Advice: Visitors of this website should not act upon any information contained on this website or any other website without first seeking the assistance of a medical doctor.

4. Intellectual Property Rights: All course materials, including videos, guides, and any digital content, are the exclusive property of TonyJeffries.com and BoxingFitnessAcademy.com. You are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Prohibition Against Sharing: You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense course access or content to others. Any unauthorized distribution of course material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Protection Against Copying: You may not replicate, modify, or use any course content for commercial purposes. Violations can lead to termination of access and potential legal ramifications.
5. Liability Limitations: Tony Jeffries, The Boxing Fitness Academy, and BoxingFitness.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages based on course participation.
All participants in both the live and online courses are required to read and sign our WAIVER OF LIABILITY before commencing any LIVE or ONLINE course.
6. Technology Requirements: Online course users must have access to necessary technology including internet access and compatible hardware to utilize the course effectively.
7. “LIfetime” Course Access: Lifetime access to the course is granted upon purchase. “Lifetime” refers to the lifespan of the online course.
8. Course Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the course, or access thereto at any time, which will end the provision of updates or new content without notice.
9. Disclaimer of Guarantees: Success in the Boxing Fitness Academy course depends on your commitment, effort, and application of the course material. We do not guarantee any specific performance or results.
10. Our Brand Name Usage After you become a Boxing Fitness Academy Certified Trainer:
Can you call your classes BOXING FITNESS after you are certified or use the BOX ‘N’ BURN or THE BOXING FITNESS ACADEMY name?
As a certified Boxing Fitness Academy trainer you can associate your classes with the The Boxing Fitness name in some instances, below are examples of what you can and can’t use:
Here’s what’s allowed:
✅ What you CAN use:
(CLASS NAME) by Boxing Fitness certified trainer (YOUR NAME) – choose your own class name as long as it is not associated with Boxing Fitness – for example: Boxing Fit by Boxing Fitness certified trainer John Smith
The Boxing Fitness certified trainer (Your NAME) – (CLASS NAME) Class – Example: Box ‘N Burn certified trainer John Smith – Boxing Fit Class.
❌ What you CANNOT use:
The Boxing Fitness Academy
The Boxing Fitness Academy (YOUR LOCATION) – Example: The Boxing Fitness Academy Houston
11. PAYMENTS:
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payments for the Boxing Fitness Academy courses are due in full OR via an approved 3-part Paypal or Credit or Debit Card installment plan.
✔ Payment Plan Terms:
If you choose the x3 monthly payments option. At checkout, when you place your order, you will pay one-third of the total, then we will automatically charge you the next third in 30 days and the final and third payment in 60 days (that is 3 payments in 60 days)
Fees are automatically charged on the same day each month.
We offer the payment plan as a courtesy to you, and ask that you make a note of the due dates for your next payment instalments.
If you set up a payment plan via a debit card please ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account on the due dates.
FREE PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS OFFERED WITH COURSE PURCHASE, SUCH AS MITTS, GLOVES, WRAPS, T-SHIRT etc.: If you are on a payment plan you DO NOT get to place your order your Free mitts, gloves, wraps or any other promotions until your second payment is received. You do not receive your Certificate of Completion until you have passed the course and final payment has been made.
✔ FAILED PAYMENTS:
Our system automatically keeps trying to collect Failed payments, if the retry fails 5 times it will result in an immediate suspension of course access until the payment issue is resolved. Access to the online course will resume when payment is made.
12. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
✔ LIVE/IN-PERSON COURSE CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
Cancellations may be made at least 2 weeks before the live course date, only if the course is not sold out. Live course payment can be refunded in full via PayPal or Stripe, credited towards a future live course, or credited towards our online course.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the live course date, or anytime after the date we announced that the course had sold out on our Instagram, are eligible for a credit towards our online course, but otherwise will not be refunded.
✔ ONLINE COURSE CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
Absolutely No Refunds; all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for online Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and/or Boxing Blueprint Certification courses.
✔ HOW TO CANCEL/REQUEST A REFUND FOR A LIVE COURSE:
E-mail [email protected] if you wish to cancel or have any questions.
12. Third-Party Resources: The course may reference third-party materials or websites. Tony Jeffries and BoxingFitness.com is not responsible for the content or availability of these resources.
13. Updates to Terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.
14. Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws while using the Boxing Fitness Academy course.
15. Affiliate Links: The course may include affiliate links. Purchases made through these links may provide us a commission. You will be notified of affiliate links in accordance with advertising laws.
