As an Olympic bronze medalist and former undefeated professional boxer, I know firsthand the transformative power of mastering balance and footwork in the sport of boxing. These fundamental skills are the foundation upon which all other techniques and abilities are built. Without a strong command of your balance and footwork, your punching power, speed, and defensive capabilities will be severely limited.
